Assalamu'alaikum....
nah hari masih dalam suasana bulan Ramadhan nie....
Biasanya kita pada bingung mau buka puasa apa ya ?? hari ini, esok dan lusa ??
Nah beberepa hari lalu Ay iseng-iseng nyobain bikin Kroket Ubi Jalar. kayaknya pas banget gitu kalo dipake untuk suguhan buka puasa.. hehehe
Ingredient yang Ay gunakan kali ini yaitu....... under here... :)

Bahan Kulit :
* 1 Kg Ubi Jalar ( Kukus, kupas kulitnya kemudian haluskan )

* 5 Sdm Tepung Terigu
* 3 Sdm Blue Band ( margarin )
* 3 Butir telur (kocok)
* Tepung Panir Secukupnya * 1/2 liter minyak untuk menggoreng

ini salah satu kroket yg pernah ay buat_ (gelap ya ? kamerax g bagus__ hehe)

Bahan Isi :
* 1 Kaleng Kornet Sapi
* 3 Buah wortel poteng dadu                  
* 5 buah Jamur Kancing ( boleh diganti dengan jamur jenis lain )
* 2 Batang daun bawang ( potong seperti untuk taburan sup )
* 3 Batang seledri ( Potong seperti untuk taburan sup )

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
* 5 buah cabai rawit
* 1 Sdt merica bubuk
* 3 Siung Bawang Putih
* 5 Siung bawang merah
* 3 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
* Garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya



Cara Membuat :
* Isi :
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan wortel dan jamur, tumis hingga layu. Masukkan Kornet, masak hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
* Kulit :
Campur ubi jalar, tepung terigu dan blueband. uleni sampai merata.
* Ambil secukupnya bahan kulit, pipihkan atau dengan agak cekung tengahnya, kemudian isi dengan bahan isi. Setelah itu bentuk bulat lonjong. (yah pokokx cara ngisinya sama aja dengan ngisi pempek dsb dah_) hehe
* Balurkan ubi yang sudah diisi kedalam telur, kemudian celupkan pada kocokan telur, kemudian balurkan lagi dengan tepung panir dengan agak diremas agar panir menempel rekat. lakukan hingga adonan habis.
* Goreng dengan minyak banyak dan panas hingga kuning kecoklatan. angkat. Nah.. kroket siap dihidangkan... :)

Tips : bisa dimakan dengan lombok biji atau saus sambal
